Programme overview
Our team provide a range of process and control enhancement and advice across the Financial Services industry, delivering insight, problem-solving skills and innovative thinking. In process and controls, we work globally to help our clients improve their overall governance environment and meet regulatory responsibilities.
What you will be doing
- Working within a team at client sites, EY and remotely, where you will understand the challenges our clients face and help them to effectively address them.
- You’ll be provided with the structured learning, development and coaching needed to accelerate your career.
- Leveraging Data & Analytics as well as Artificial Intelligence in order to provide valuable insight to clients.
- Working with a wide range of clients, across varied levels and industries.
- Developing an understanding of Risks and Controls and how the management of these are crucial for our clients.
- Providing process and control enhancement and advice over every area of our clients’ businesses.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the Financial Services industry, and the regulatory landscape in which our clients operate.
- You’ll be working across a portfolio of clients assigned to you. This will involve a mixture of hybrid working – travelling to client offices, working in the EY office and occasionally from home. It will vary by client/project and will depend on the requirements of both the client and project team.
