Assurance Graduate Programme – Northern Ireland – September 2024 intake

What will you be doing?
- Getting to know our clients, their businesses and how they work
- Testing business controls to ensure they work how they’re supposed to
- Performing an independent assessment of financial information to ensure financial statements are true and fair
- Using hybrid working to spend time on client sites, in the office and at home
- You’ll have a dedicated careers counsellor throughout the programme to help you during busier seasons, development and learning

Are you eligible to apply?
You’ll need a minimum of Level 2/GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, three A-levels, 5 Highers or equivalent, and an honours degree (in any subject) by the time the programme starts.
We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an honour’s degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).
Eligibility for Visa Sponsorship
Locations: Belfast, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle – Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship from EY. Please note, Graduate visas are not eligible as right to work for this vacancy as this role will not meet the Skilled Worker salary threshold before the Graduate visa expires.
Locations: Aberdeen, Bristol, Cambridge, Southampton – This vacancy has restrictions on providing visa sponsorship. Applicants must either be able to secure your own right to work in the UK without the sponsorship or support of EY or obtain a Graduate visa with an expiry date on or after 1 October 2025.
Locations: London, Luton, Reading – This vacancy is able to offer visa sponsorship if you are unable to secure the right to work in the UK yourself.
