Career Starters
About the programme
Designed for school students in Year 13 (going into Year 14), you’ll discover more about an EY apprenticeship and the wealth of exciting career possibilities available to you. You’ll learn more about the work our apprentices do at EY from on-the-job case studies, business skills sessions and meeting EY apprentices and leaders.
Career Starters is a great way to understand whether our apprenticeship programme is right for you. We expect that most of the students taking part in Career Starters will secure a place one of our 2025 apprenticeship opportunities. If you’re one of them, not only will you get your career off to a brilliant start, but you’ll have already met members of your future team here at EY.
What will you be doing?
Get a taste of the real working world with our two-day in-person insight programmes, which will be held in our Belfast office.
- You’ll learn about EY’s approach to inclusivity, sustainability, and technology, whilst participating in interactive sessions to learn about the culture of EY.
- You’ll explore our different business areas and experience what it’s like to begin building a career with impact as an apprentice.
- You’ll take part in skills development workshops that will help you to prepare for a career at EY alongside personal and professional skills.
- You’ll gain knowledge of our apprenticeship opportunities at EY and speak to current apprentices on their career journeys, advice, and top tips.
When and where will it take place?
