Our Social Mobility in Business programme is aimed at raising awareness with students from lower socio-economic backgrounds enabling them to learn more about EY, network with inspiring leaders, and gain an insight into either Assurance, EY-Parthenon, Tax, or Technology.
What you will be doing
Taking place in April 2026, you’ll participate in an insight experience and exciting activities that give you a taste of life at EY. EY will cover the cost of reasonable travel expenses, and provide a one off payment for attending the event also.
You will be:
- Developing your professional skills and personal strengths – helping you propel your career into tomorrow.
- Exploring your interests, network with peers and ask questions.
- Learning from extraordinary leaders who’ve carved inspirational careers, overcome challenges, and made an impact.
- Hearing from our EY Social Mobility Network about the structured support, training and opportunities available.
- Gaining insight into your chosen business area:
- Audit – go beyond studies and see how we work with clients from local start-ups to big multinational companies.
